Tentative Collective Agreement

Presidents report  February 19, 2025

After almost 5 months of bargaining sessions with Bruyere Health that began mid October 2024 and Ended February 12 2025 we have a tentative deal.

The Ratification vote will take place on February 25th at both hospital sites.  The bargaining committee is very happy with the results, and we feel it is the best possible outcome. The last step is the ratification vote on February 25th.

Bargaining a Collective Agreement is not easy, it is mentally and emotionally exhausting especially with the restraints imposed by the Doug Ford government. Bruyere Health bargained in good faith throughout the process and I would like to thank them for all their hard work.
