Recap of 2025 - Busy & successful year

In no particular order this is a quick recap of 2025 Bargained and Ratified one of the most successful Collective agreements in 4540 history. Over 50% of our member received wage advancements along side pay increases of 3% & 3% . Ratified with over 94% voting yes. MAJOR VICTORY in the creed exemption arbitration case of Gabriel V – 4 years of Arbitrated hearings to reach victory. This spanned 3 presidents. Unvaccinated Covid cases. We cleared up 13 unvaccinated individual
